First-timer Brad joined Jean, Todd and Matt to see if we could find any scallops in Pasco. Crystal clear water, and the newbie did great, got the hang of it really quickly and found plenty. Ended with 4 gallons which was 2 pounds of meat. Cooked up in butter, garlic, white wine, with a little flour for thickener, then tossed into some pasta.
